Appearance: Pale skin, light flesh

Temperature range: 40–75°F

Soil: Prefers well-draining soil; lighter soils help achieve better shape and size.

Sunlight: Full sun required.

Watering: Keep on the drier side. When watering, ensure the soil is fully saturated. Allow the soil to dry to about 50% moisture before watering again.

Time to maturity: 90 days

Planting depth & spacing: Plant 4-6 inches deep and space 10-12 inches apart in rows. If cutting seed, halve medium-sized pieces and quarter large ones. Let cut seed dry overnight before planting.
